The Free plan is free of charge — no refund policy applies, since no payment is ever made.
You can cancel auto-renewal of the Pro subscription at any time, from Settings → Subscription & Billing, with no penalty. After cancellation, you keep full Pro access until the end of the already-paid period (monthly or annual) — access is not cut off immediately.
You have the right to withdraw from the Pro subscription contract, without justification, within 14 calendar days of payment — per EU Directive 2011/83/EU. ElectricalVPF Pro is a continuous digital service, not "digital content" within the meaning of Art. 16(m); if at checkout you confirmed the express request for immediate service start (Art. 8(8)), you still keep your right of withdrawal — except that, if you exercise it, you owe an amount proportionate to the period you actually had access to the service, not the full amount, per Art. 14(3). See Section 5 of the Terms & Conditions for the full mechanism.
Example: if you paid €14.90 for one month and withdraw after 5 days of access, you owe 5/30 of €14.90 proportionately (≈€2.48), and the rest (≈€12.42) is refunded. The period used is calculated from payment confirmation, not from checkout session creation.
To request a refund within this window, contact us at the address in the Legal Notice, stating your account email and payment date.
For prepaid advance extensions — available from Settings → Subscription & Billing → "Manage subscription", the "Renew now" button on the Pro card — the same refund rules from Section 3 apply, calculated from the date that specific extension was paid, not from the original subscription date.
If you have a concern about the service, please contact us directly first, at the address in the Legal Notice — we try to resolve any issue directly and quickly.
If we don't reach a satisfactory resolution, as a consumer in Romania you may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) via:
Note: the former EU Online Dispute Resolution platform (ODR, ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr) was officially discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, and replaced nationally by the ADR platform above. We deliberately do not link the old ODR platform, which is no longer functional.
Using ADR is voluntary and does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
