This document is the contract between you (the "User") and ION DORU-VALENTIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ (full identification in the Legal Notice) for use of the ElectricalVPF ERP service. By creating an account, you confirm you have read and accept these terms.
ElectricalVPF ERP is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) management application for electrical contracting businesses: client, project, estimate, quote, invoice and materials management. The service is offered in two plans:
The current price of the Pro plan is €14.90/month (monthly billing) or €143.04/year (annual billing, 20% discount vs. the monthly rate). Prices shown at purchase do not include VAT — see Section 4 of the Legal Notice for the exact fiscal status.
The contract for the Free plan is indefinite and free of charge. The contract for the Pro plan covers the chosen billing period (monthly/annual) and auto-renews per Section 3. You may delete your account entirely at any time from Settings → Privacy — see the Privacy Policy.
ElectricalVPF Pro is a continuous digital service (SaaS) — it lets you create, process and store data (clients, projects, quotes, invoices) throughout your subscription. It is not "digital content" within the meaning of Art. 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU (a single deliverable, e.g. an ebook or a downloaded game) — that exception does NOT apply to ElectricalVPF Pro.
Under EU Directive 2011/83/EU (transposed in Romania by OUG 34/2014), you have the right to withdraw from the Pro subscription contract, without justification, within 14 calendar days of payment.
At checkout, you are asked to expressly request (Art. 8(8)) that the service begin immediately, before the 14-day period expires — otherwise Pro access does not start instantly. This request does NOT make you lose your right of withdrawal. If you still withdraw within the 14 days, under Art. 14(3) you only owe an amount proportionate to the period you actually had access to the service until the moment of withdrawal, calculated from the total price paid — the remainder is refunded to you.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, contact us at the address in the Legal Notice, stating your account email and the payment date — we calculate the proportionate refund per the mechanism above.
You remain the owner of all data you enter into your account (clients, projects, quotes, invoices). We claim no ownership over your content. Upon account deletion, your data is erased per the Privacy Policy.
The code, design, trademarks and content of the ElectricalVPF ERP application (excluding data you enter) are the property of ION DORU-VALENTIN PERSOANĂ FIZICĂ AUTORIZATĂ or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, or create derivative works from the application without written consent.
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, or interruptions caused by third-party providers (Render, Neon, Cloudflare, Stripe, SMTP2GO) we do not directly control. Nothing in this document excludes liability where the law does not permit its exclusion (e.g. fraud or personal injury caused by negligence).
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notification, at least 15 days before they take effect, for users with an active subscription.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Consumers in Romania may use alternative dispute resolution (ADR) via ANPC — full detail in the Refund & Cancellation Policy. This does not affect your right to bring a claim before the competent courts.
